You are able to experience all Four Seasons; Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Average snowfall is about 2 inches, and it snows about 3-4 times during winter.

Q. Do you pay for our trip to view the properties?

A. We reimburse your travel expenses up to $500.00; this offer is only available to you if you purchase one of Southern Real Estate's properties. Resales or properties not owned by Southern Real Estate are not eligible for this offer.

Q. Is there a pre-payment penalty?

A. No. You can pay the property off or sell it whenever you like.
